Back up cameras are easily installed in most vehicles.

All back up cameras (including wireless) require 12 volt dc power from your vehicle. Non-Wireless back up cameras also require running a video cable the length of your vehicle unless used with a wireless video transmitter.

Non-Wireless back up cameras can be viewed on a separately purchased camera monitor or other video device with video input options.

Wireless back up camera systems include a wireless camera and monitor. These cameras can only be viewed using the included monitor.

Power

Tapping into the reverse lights; your camera will power on automatically when your vehicle is in reverse.
Run a fused lead from the fuse block in combination with a push button
or toggle on/of switch.

Video

Wireless back up cameras do not require running a video cable the length of your vehicle. Once connected to a 12v power source, the wireless back up camera will transmit it's video signal to the receiver monitor. Receiver monitor is included with complete wireless systems.
The video output non-wireless back up cameras can be fed into a TV or
video capable stereo in your vehicle.

Caution is advised. A strong knowledge of the 12 volt electrical system is required.

No video cable required! Use one of our wireless back up camera systems or a standard back up camera and wireless video system. The camera can be installed on the back of your tractor to keep an eye on the trailer, inside the trailer to keep an eye on your load, or on the back of your trailer to keep an eye on the road.

With the power to transmit video signal up to 200ft. these wireless back up camera systems will even work when hauling triples!

Eliminate the video cable! Install a wireless back up camera system or a standard back up camera with a wireless video transmitter. Our wireless devices can transmit from 50 to 200 feet.

Back Up Cameras

The video cable from wired cameras is usually run through a plug or drain in the trunk area of cars.

Pickup Trucks should run the video cable down the frame and into a body plug under the cab or in the firewall.
