We understand that many customers order holiday gifts early, so we've extended our returns period for the holiday shopping season. Items shipped between November 1 and December 31, 2009, may be returned until January 31, 2010, subject to the other returns guidelines listed below. This offer does not apply to "special order" items.
Returns for credit or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. All originally included parts and pieces must also be returned.
Most of our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty. A copy of the complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective part, subject to the conditions set forth on the warranty. Problems with products later than 30 days from your original purchase date must be dealt with through the product manufacturer or their authorized service center.
Non Returnable Items
Food, Drinks and Bedding will not be accepted for exchange, credit or refund unless defective. Defective items will be replaced.
Food includes anything edible that may be found at 12volt-travel.com.
Drinks include any sports drink, energy or vitamin drink that may be found at 12volt-travel.com.
Bedding indcludes blankets, throws, sheets, pillow cases, pillows (any type), bunk warmers and electric blankets.
All returns require an RA#. Use the form below to request a Return Authorization.

- 12Volt-Travel will contact you with information on how to make your return within 72 business hours by email or telephone.
If you require a replacement the item will be sent to you free of charge as soon as we receive and review your returned item.
If you are making a return for credit/refund please allow up to 10 business days from the day that we receive your return for processing.
ALL RETURNS are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
