Too many people are quick complain when a product doesn't work, or meet
their expectations. I recently bought a portable television from
you and am very pleased with not only the product, but the excellent customer
service as well. Your people where very professional and courteous.
I have already recommended you to several friends and coworkers. I just
thought you would like to hear someone saying what you did right, instead of
complaining about what someone thought was wrong. I have spent most of my
life in customer service and know of what I speak. I have seen poor service, and good service and it is my opinion that both should be brought to the attention of management..

I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR THE QUICK REPLACEMENT OF A TV THAT I HAD ORDERED. THE TV IN QUESTION, WAS DELIVERED AND A LENGTHY TIME PERIOD PASSED BEFORE IT WAS OPENED. I WAS WORRIED THAT IT COULD NOT BE RETURNED DUE TO TIME, BUT THE TV WAS NOT WORKING. I OBTAINED A RA# FROM YOUR STAFF. THE NEW TV IS DELIVERED AND WORKING WELL. THANK YOU, PD OSBORNE

I had to thank you because sometimes all you here are the complaints! I had to thank you for the excellent customer service. I had purchased a 12 volt TV/DVD and had not installed it right away and when I did, it did not work properly. It was over the 30 day warranty. I was concerned knowing that I had purchased it from an internet company. Not the issue here.. you replyed immediatly with a return authorization and within 2 days I had a new tv. WAY TO GO! I really appreciated it!

I purchased a Topsy Turvey tomato plant at a great price. After the purchase it was found to be back-ordered. I cancelled my order due to needing it in a shorter time-frame than the estimated backorder fill date. The cancellation was handled promptly and courteously. Later, due to a mistake, the back order was filled and was shipped to me. 12Volt could have easily just played dumb and charged my account so they could re-coup their lost money immediately. This would have prompted immediate contact from me causing heartburn and unnecessary lost time and effort. Instead they contacted me by phone immediately on notice of the mistake. They let me know that it was THEIR mistake and, if I chose, I could keep the item, but they also provided ways for the item to be shipped back to them at no cost to me. Their personal communication was outstanding on the issue which I find rare in the online shopping world where “hands off” automated ordering, billing, and shipping is the norm. This was my first and only experience with 12Volt but due to the competitive prices on items and the professionalism I experienced they now are a bookmarked site in my Internet Favorites. 12Volt-Travel.com. will be the first site I go to on my next online purchase.

I would like to give a BIG THUMBS UP to 12volt travel. I have had some very poor experiences shopping online in the past. Not anymore! I know where I'll do my 12 volt shopping in the future. I am always looking for more cool additions I can make to our RV/Motorhome and now I don't have to go far to find the items I need.
My order shipped out to me the day after I ordered and I had it 2 days later. All of it was there, all of it was in perfect condition (good packaging) and I am very pleased with the quality of the products.

Ordered the Skyworth 15.6 tv over the weekend, it was processed on Monday and I had it on Wednesday. Good product, Great Service. Would order through 12volt-Travel again...
