Engine Applications - Replenish Every 4th Oil Change: To eliminate wear at start up, protect new engines & improve older ones, boost compression, add H.P. & lower operating temps. add 2oz. per qt. of oil. Example: 4/6 cyl. Eng. =10oz - 8cyl. Eng. =16oz. For towing or worn engines add 3oz. per qt of oil.
Commercial / Long Haul: Extends engine life plus prolongs intervals between Big Rig rebuilds by up to 50%. Lowers operating temperatures. Over 7qts. add 6% of total volume. Example: Eng. (crankcase) 88oz.
Transmission Applications - Replenish Once a Year: Add to manual or automatic transmissions to reduce heat, wear & hard shifting. Add 1oz. per qt. of fluid. Heavy Duty add 2oz. per qt. of fluid. Most long haul vehicles take 16oz.
Other Applications: Extends life of high rev., high load engines & lowers the temperature in farm-lawn machinery, marine, motorcycle, 2 & 4 cycle small engines, hydraulics and industrial applications.
•Industrial Equipment: Add 5% of total volume. Change every 1,000 hours of service.
•Ind. Gearing Ratios: Plantary drives 1oz. per qt. Rt. angle worm drives 1oz. per inch of CD. Boom/Turret drives 1oz. per inch of primary gear.
•Transfer Cases: 3oz. per qt. in case - 4oz if oil injected.
•Grease: 2oz. per 14oz. tube. Add one gallon in a 55 gallon keg to make a premium industrial grease.
•Hydraulics: 1oz. per qt. of fluid.
•Oil Injected: 4oz. in the oil side, one to two times per season.
•Liquid Cooled: 1oz. per qt. of oil every 2,500 hours.
•4-Stroke: Air-cooled 2oz. per qt. of oil every 2,500 hrs.
•2-Stroke: 2oz. per gallon of fuel after pre-mixing with two stroke oil. 4oz. in the oil side if oil injected.
