My RV has quite a few 12V outlets, but with all the devices designed for 12 volt use I wanted to add on an extra accessory outlet. I’m pretty handy so I didn’t think I would have any problem with the task. I ordered the 12 volt extension outlet from your site. After I received my order I got all ready to add the new 12V outlet and began to second guess myself. Although I could visualize what needed to be done I just started thinking maybe I was forgetting a step or mixing up the order in which the steps should be completed.

Just to make sure I got everything installed without ruining the new outlet or the RV I looked for steps for the job. The first place I decided to look for answers was this site. I found a Knowledge Base article about How To Add a 12V Outlet; a step by step guide telling me exactly what I needed to do for a successful instillation. The article was easy to read and understand. After reading through I could see exactly what I needed to do. I got to work and installed the new outlet without any problems. Having the Knowledge Base articles on your site is very convenient. I can buy what I need for my RV on your site and get helpful advice on how to use the items.

I added an extra 12 volt outlet to my truck. I just make sure not to over load it.
