My husband and I have always enjoyed camping. When our children were young it was tradition to spend most of the summer on camping trips. This was a great way for us to see different places and spend time together as a family. We would tent camp and cook over a campfire. No electronics, not that many could be taken along back then. It was just us and nature. Now that we are retired we have a lot more time to travel and camp. Sleeping in a tent on the ground isn’t so much of an option for us now though. We tried different cots and air mattresses, but it was just too much.

The wife and I travel a lot now that the kids are grown. We used to just stop at some of the fast food joints as we traveled to our camping destination. Then once we got there we would eat typical cookout foods while we stayed. Our food supply for our camping trips typically consisted of burgers, hot dogs, baked beans, chips, etc. We also had all the makings for S’mores of course. I’ve always had a sweet tooth. Needless to say

I am a firm believer that when it comes to TV size, bigger is better. Me and the guys are always trying to one up each other with the TVs we have at home. With tax time here I was recently bumped to third place in the TV standings. Needless to say I wasn’t happy. The wife was not ok with buying a bigger TV just to beat my friends; especially since she just got me the TV in our living room for Christmas.
The only other TV I own that could be updated was the TV in our RV. My wife was ok with this idea because

I’ve used a Bluetooth headset for a while now. I figure it’s better to be safe then sorry. With all the new laws being passed I’m really glad I already went hands-free. I do a lot of interstate driving for my job and would’ve really been affected by the law that just passed this January. With all the news about going hands-free I realized headsets have come a long way since I first got one. They have longer talk times and better battery life, not to mention the noise canceling technology is better.
A buddy of mine recently bought the Cobra CBTH1 to use in his truck. He says

Summer driving may seem like ideal road conditions and easy riding, but if your car is not properly maintained you could be in for a long hot wait on the side of the road instead of a cool refreshing swim at the beach. One of the most important parts of a vehicle, and one of the most overlooked, are the tires. Having the proper tire pressure and tread depth will ensure a safe ride on summer roadways.
The first step to summer tire maintenance is to remove the snow tires. These tires are heavier and can reduce your fuel economy. Make sure the tires on your vehicle have the proper air pressure. This can be found on the side wall of the tire or in your car manufacturer’s handbook. Under inflated tires bulge and put unnecessary pressure on the sidewall of the tire which can cause a blowout. Over inflated tires don’t make good contact with the road which can result in sliding or hydroplaning in rainy weather.
Make sure the tires also have
