Shipping & Returns

We here at 12Volt-Travel® appreciate your choosing us, so we hold nothing back when it comes to getting your order onto a delivery truck. You can expect your order to arrive quickly too.

U.S Customers

Most orders will ship with FedEx and USPS (post office) some items can only be shipped with UPS. 12Volt-Travel® offers world wide shipping We will choose the best carrier for your shipment depending on your geographic location and the packaged items being shipped. We will also ship with USPS (The Post Office) if you have chosen to apply the Flat-Rate Shipping option during checkout. Flat-Rate Shipping with USPS is offered to select orders during checkout and may also be shown in the Shipping Estimator on the Shopping Cart page.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Many will be shipped on the same day they are placed if received before 2PM Eastern Time M-F except on holidays.

Tracking information will be made available in your account within 24 hours of order shipment.

Time in transit depends on which method of shipping you choose, your geographic location and which of our warehouses your order ships from. If the items you're ordering are in-stock in all of our warehouses then your order will ship from our location closest to your delivery address.

Customers normally receive their orders within 2-5 business days after the order is boxed up and handed over to UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Expedited Shipping Methods
In addition to ground shipping we also offer third day, second day and next day delivery. For orders placed before 2pm eastern time the day the order was placed counts as the first day. So placing an order on Monday at 12noon for second day delivery means the item will arrive on Wednesday. If the second day order is placed at 12noon on Friday the delivery will be made on Tuesday. We do not offer any Saturday or Sunday delivery methods.

International Customers

We do ship to Australia and Canada. Most orders will be shipped within in 2-business days and tracking information is provided right away. Most international orders will ship with USPS (the Post Office) and time in transit is normally between 7 and 14 business days.

Get started by adding the desired 12-Volt items to your shopping cart and then checkout as you normally would. We'll get to work processing your order as soon as you click submit.

Returns. . .

Returns for credit or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. All originally included parts and pieces must also be returned.

Most of our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty. A copy of the complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective part, subject to the conditions set forth on the warranty. Problems with products later than 30 days from your original purchase date must be dealt with through the product manufacturer or their authorized service center.

Please Note** Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.

ALL RETURNS are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Returns being made for refund will pay a restocking fee, returns for store credit to be used toward future purchases most times will not pay a restocking fee, returns for exchange of a defective or incorrect item will not pay a restock fee unless misuse or mistreatment of the item is evident.

Beginning The Returns Process

You will need to be logged into your 12Volt-Travel.com customer account. Once logged in you will navigate to the My Account page. Click the View button which corresponds to the order which contains the product or products that you wish to return. When viewing that particular order page you will notice a link to Request Return Authorization below the order details. Simply click the link and follow on-screen instructions.

Non Returnable Items. . .

Food: anything edible that may be found at 12volt-travel.com.

Drinks: any sports drink, energy or vitamin drink that may be found at 12volt-travel.com.

Bedding: blankets, throws, sheets, pillow cases, pillows (any type), bunk warmers and electric blankets.

Wires & Connectors: any wire, wire harness, wire harness connection device such as but not limited to those used to connect car and semi-truck stereos, CB radios and other electronic devices to the vehicle or other power sources.

Personalized Products: any product customized by printing on or altering from it's original manufactured state unless a mistake was made by 12Volt-Travel (or companies employed by 12Volt-Travel) during the personalization process.
