Wondering how this reverse air-flow works? Simply connect the included 40" vacuum hose to top air-flow port instead of side. Just make sure to empty canister contents and clean inside of vacuum hose before using inflation mode.

I had to thank you because sometimes all you here are the complaints! I had to thank you for the excellent customer service. I had purchased a 12 volt TV/DVD and had not installed it right away and when I did, it did not work properly. It was over the 30 day warranty. I was concerned knowing that I had purchased it from an internet company. Not the issue here.. you replyed immediatly with a return authorization and within 2 days I had a new tv. WAY TO GO! I really appreciated it!
