This little battery powered clock with ice alert packs in quite a few features but is very simple to use. Select Clock or Temp mode with the "Clock/Temp" switch. Monitor the temperature inside or outside with the flip of the "In/Out" switch.
The inside and outside temp functions also record the highest and lowest temperatures experienced. These can all be cleared to record new highs and lows.

Since we were to be travelling through the north eastern states this winter I decided to add one of these to our family vehicle. It did warn us several times of icy conditions. We had no road troubles during our travels so it must have worked properly. I have compared the reading to our town bank clock several times and it seems to be pretty darn accurate. I've since added one to our dining room and placed the remote sensor on the back porch wall. Now I can decide if it's too hot to go outside before going outside. I'd say this is a high quality product for the money spent.

I've installed this Road Pro thermometer on the side of my 12volt cooler to aide in proper temperature keeping of my medications. It's been working great and I'm now buying another thermometer now for my house. I will be placing it near the back door and running the lead outside so I can see how cold my porch is. Great product! Small, inexpensive and pretty accurate when tested against other more costly thermometers. Good job.
